This Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by Kajal Magal Studios, LLC, a limited liability company (referred to herein as “Kajal Magal Studios” "Us”, “We” or "Company"), and the individual or entity accepting these terms (referred to herein as "You" “I” or "Customer").

Who We Are

Kajal Magal Studios, LLC. This policy covers all content under our website addresses: kajalmagalstudios.com and magalisarvani.com. This policy includes the terms and conditions for interacting with all Kajal Magal Studios services and products, including but not limited to Isosceles Jane, and  jewelry line, Magali Sarvani. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
 

We reserve the right to update and change our privacy policy. Any updates and changes will always be available to view on this page. Continued use or access to this website, products and services constitutes acceptances of these updates.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide and improve our services to you. The types of information we collect depend on how you interact with our website.

A. Information You Provide Directly

This includes, but is not limited to, information you voluntarily give us when you:

• Purchase  Jewelry: Your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, and payment information (processed securely by a third-party payment processor, not stored by us)
• Sign Up for an Account or Newsletter: Your name and email address.

C. Specific Note on Children's Content (COPPA Compliance)

Our studio website is designed for and intended for use by General Audiences and is not directed to or intended for use by children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not use this contact form or provide any personal information to us.

If you contact us and we have "Actual Knowledge" that you are under the age of 13, your online contact information be immediately deleted. It will not be used for any other purpose, including marketing or future correspondence, nor will it be disclosed to third parties.

• Our Educational Animation Content is Primarily Directed at Children or  audiences that may include children. Our studio website is intended to notify General Audiences about the education content. Our studio website is not intended for use by children. The content intended for children can be found through our YouTube channel.
• We DO  NOT knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) from      children under the age of 13 through any direct means on the animation      content pages (e.g., no sign-up forms, comment sections, or information      requests).
• E-commerce   (Jewelry) and User Account Creation are NOT intended for children under  13. If we learn we have collected PII from a child under 13 without  verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete the information  as quickly as possible.
• We use  limited persistent identifiers (like cookies) only for internal operations of the website (e.g., traffic analysis) and do not use them to contact children.

Our Commitment to Children's Privacy

Our Isosceles Jane YouTube channel is designated as "Made for Kids" and is intended for children under 13 and their families. We strictly follow the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect, use, or store any personal information from children under the age of 13.

Because this channel is marked "Made for Kids," YouTube automatically takes certain steps to protect the privacy of your child.

• No Personalized Advertising: YouTube is required to serve only non-personalized      (contextual) ads on this content.
• Limited Data Collection: Certain features are disabled, including comments, end      screens, and info cards, to limit the collection of personal data.
• Persistent Identifiers: YouTube may collect persistent identifiers (like IP addresses or      device identifiers) from viewers of this content, but only to support the channel’s internal operations, such as providing video, maintaining the service, and protecting security.

Information We (The Channel Owner) Collect Directly

We, the channel operator, do not actively solicit or collect any personal information (PI) from viewers.

• Business Contact Email: The email address provided on our "About" page is for business inquiries only (media, sponsorships, fan art submissions from parents, etc.).
  • If we receive an email that we know is from a child under 13: We will       immediately delete the email and any personal information contained within it, and we will not respond.

D. Data Received from Third-Party Music Streaming Platforms (DSPs)

If you have provided us with music content that is streamed on Digital Service Providers (DSPs) like Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, Amazon Music, etc., we receive Analytical and Usage Data from these platforms in accordance with our agreements with them. This data is generally aggregated or pseudonymized and is not directly tied to a user's name or contact information by the streaming platform when delivered to us.

The types of analytical data we receive include:

• Music  Consumption Metrics: Total number of streams/plays, song skips, stream      duration, and saves to playlists for our content.
• Geographic and Demographic Data (Aggregated): The general city, state, or country      where the streams occurred, as well as high-level audience demographics      (e.g., age ranges, gender) on an aggregated basis.
• Discovery Source: Information on how listeners discovered our music (e.g., via a      specific playlist, a direct search, or a radio feature).
• Device Type (Aggregated): The type of device used for streaming our content      (e.g., mobile, desktop, smart speaker).
